The call for proposals is now open for the new Adapt 2021 virtual conference! Please share with your fellow faculty, staff, and students and consider joining us to attend and present!

Adapt 2021 is seeking proposals for presentations for Adapt 2021, a free, 2-day virtual conference for the UNCG community. Adapt 2021 is an interactive, collaborative event for the UNCG faculty, staff, and graduate students centered around the joy of teaching, learning, and scholarship.

The conference is looking for proposals for concurrent Presentation Sessions, Poster Sessions, Facilitated Roundtable Discussions, and Online Course Tours.

Our theme this year is “Reimagining What’s Possible.” Consider this theme as you submit your proposal(s) and how we can reignite the spark of teaching and learning now and in the future. Your proposals can be in the categories:

  • Basic Technology – Sessions in this track will focus on how to make UNC Greensboro technology work without any of the enhanced bells and whistles.
  • Enhanced Technology – This track covers a variety of bells and whistles and helps you push your instruction to the next level.
  • The Joy of Teaching – This track celebrates teaching and learning in the many shapes and forms that it can come. |
  • Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion – This track highlights the multiple equity, diversity and inclusion efforts happening both at UNC Greensboro and at universities nationwide.
  • Research – This track will cover research applications, tools, and strategies to enhance your research, writing, and publications.

If you have any questions about the upcoming Adapt Conference, please reach out to Amy Brown, Assistant Director, Technology-Enhanced Pedagogy at [email protected].
