Multiple Services Outages

Information Technology Services (ITS) is aware of log-in issues with the following services that use UNCG’s Shibboleth Authentication service:

  • Box
  • Amazon Punchout inside SpartanMart (formerly eMarketplace)
  • SpartanCard Online
  • Merlin – Digital Asset Management Library

ITS is actively troubleshooting the issues with the service owners and will post updates on the 6TECH status page.
