The UNCG Graduate School and UNCG University Libraries will have a competition called Webinars Worth Watching (WWW) for face-to-face and online graduate students to determine who can give the most effective webinar or virtual presentation in 10 minutes. There is a cash prize for the first, second, and people’s choice winners of this competition. There are currently 4 UNCG graduate students in the finals for this competition, listed on the website, in the disciplines of Educational Leadership and Cultural Foundations, Educational Research Methodology, Kinesiology, and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. Every graduate student’s research presentation/webinar is related to diversity, equity and inclusion!

The competition will run the last week of February 22nd-26th, with the finals landing on: Friday, February 25th 2022 at 2:00pm EST. Anyone can attend the finals, including people outside of UNCG. There is a People’s Choice Award for anyone attending the finals. Please sign up if you’re able! Please forward this to anyone you think might be interested in attending.
